The bp pulse app is a free travel and navigation software available for iPhone users. Developed by bp Advanced Mobility Limited, the app provides access to one of the largest EV charging networks in the UK with over 9,000 charging points. Users can register on the app as either free or full members, with the latter having the option to subscribe for a special offer. Full members enjoy a 20% discount on charging tariffs, access to selected free charging points, and the option to order a contactless bp pulse card or RFID fob.
Both free and full members can start and stop charges, save favourite charging points on the live map, find available charging stations, filter by connector type and kW speed, and check their charging activity for the last 90 days. The app also allows users to download VAT invoices for their charging activity.
